Papers - all papers MUST have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than July 10, 2018. One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.

Letter of invitation for participation in the International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality 2018

Participants who need to receive an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, raise travel funds, or for administrative purposes should apply for this document as soon as possible.

Please specify how you need to get the invitation letter, electronically as a PDF file or a hard copy by post. This form of invitation serves as a proof of the purpose of travel only. Supporting documents on accommodation, financial means and others need to be attached to the visa application by the applicant.

In order to receive an ISMAR 2018 invitation letter for a visa application, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Register and pay the ISMAR-2018 conference fee.
• Step 2: Send to email to registrations chairs the following information: - First name, Family name as stated in passport - Date of birth - Passport number, Passport expiration date - Company/Affiliation - Postal address - Country
• Step 3: Upon receiving the ISMAR registration fee, invitation letters will be sent by email and by post (if necessary).
